India cases cross 27,500 with another big spike in Maharashtra: corona virus

Maharashtra has crossed the 8000 mark with 342 deaths Covid-19 count.1607 was the single day count for Sunday. With a total of more than 27,500 total cases with 881 deaths. Gujarat stood second in state wise case count. With 3,301 cases and 151 deaths followed by Delhi and Rajasthan with 2,918 and 2,221 cases. Union health minister Harsh Vardhan on Sunday said the coronavirus situation in the country is improving as many hotspot districts are moving towards being non-hotspot districts. The minister visited All India Institute of Medical Sciences Trauma Centre to take stock of the preparedness to overcome Covid-19, a statement from the ministry said.

India's first Covid-19 patient treated with plasma therapy recovers
