            The Railways of India cancelled bookings up to 30th April for three privately operated trains amid the uncertainty over the extension of the 21-day national lock down.
The railways cancelled bookings for the following trains KASHI-MAHAKAL EXPRESS which runs between Varanasi to Indore; TEJAS EXPRESS runs between Ahemadabad and Mumbai it also runs between Delhi and Lucknow. If the booking was done previously they will be refunded.

            According to the reports on Tuesday the COVID-19 infected patients have crossed the mark of 5000 and the death count as reported was 165. As many deaths reported on Tuesday there was a 14 months old boy the youngest Indian victim of the virus. In Delhi it was reported 576 cases of COVID-19 and almost 9 deaths.In Maharashtra there is 150 new cases, and in Tamil Nadu there were 69 new cases were recorded on Tuesday.

             The government of India has opened up the export of hydroxychloroquine drug to US and other Badly effected countries depending upon the availability and the requirements of the country. According to the reports given by TOI India has opened up the exports of hydroxychloroquine and paracetamol. It is to be noted that India is among the largest producers of the drug and the Indian government believes it has enough stock for the domestic use. India manufactures 70 percent of the world supply of hydroxychloroquine according to the Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance (IPA).

         Two international Hockey tournament Junior men's Asia cup and Senior Women's Asian champions Trophy where India was scheduled to take part have been postponed till the month of June, 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. Hockey India has given this information to the CEO of TOPS( Target Olympic Podium Scheme).

  • The MP will now lose 27000 per month from their allowances  besides their 30% salary cut:
              The members of the parliament will now lose an amount of almost 27,000 per month from their constituency allowance and office allowance according to the government orders and this will be besides the 30 percent salary cut of the MPs. According to the orders the Constituency Allowance comes to 21,000 per months from 70,000 per months, the Stationary allowance will comes to 14,000 per month from 20,000 per month. but there is no cut for the personal assistants of 40,000 per month. the Rajya sabha chairman M venkaiah Naidu and Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla has also accepted the recommendations and will be applicable from 1st April 2020
